Here is my updated post on Driving your car in Italy including new tips for having a stress free time on the road.
My road trips through Italy are often long ones. I pick a main destination and then find interesting new stops along the way. What attracts me most? A turquoise sea and a sandy beach in Puglia. Inspiration comes from the internet, the media and from friends in Italy. I travel by car and with my husband. He is the driver, very familiar with the Italian traffic system, and the unique driving style in that fantastic country.
My love for Italy was sparked when I was a young woman, and I had the privilege of staying with an Italian family for several weeks. This wonderful experience left a lasting impression on me to this day. I am neither commissioned nor compensated for my posts. I write for the pure pleasure of it and for the joy of sharing my experiences.
Thank you for your interest.
